- During necessary maintenance or construction of the website’s electronic communication equipment.
- In the event of sudden failure of electronic communication equipment.

After a member submits an order, the system will automatically send an acknowledgment, but this is not a confirmation of the transaction, which will be separately notified by the Company. If the transaction conditions (including but not limited to specifications, descriptions, or images) of the ordered product or service are incorrect, the Company may refuse the order within two business days after it is placed.
If a member arbitrarily returns, exchanges, cancels orders, or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate by the Company that causes operational difficulties or damages, the Company may refuse transactions, suspend or cancel delivery methods, or permanently revoke membership.

The Company does not guarantee that emails or their contents transmitted by the website, servers, or domains are free of computer viruses or other harmful substances, nor does it guarantee that emails, files, or data will be transmitted or stored without errors, interruptions, or losses. The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by the failure, loss, or error in the transmission or storage of emails, files, or data.
**Protection of Intellectual Property Rights**
All software, programs, and content on the website, including but not limited to works, images, files, information, data, website structure, page layouts, and web designs, are legally owned by the Company or other rights holders, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary technologies. No one may use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble them without authorization. To quote or reproduce such software, programs, or website content, members must obtain prior written consent from the Company or the respective rights holder. Respecting intellectual property rights is a member’s obligation, and any violation will result in liability for damages (including but not limited to litigation and attorney fees).
Under the principle of respecting others’ intellectual property rights, members agree not to infringe on others’ intellectual property rights while using the Company’s services.
In case of infringement, the Company may suspend all or part of the Service or terminate the member’s account.
**Member Authorization to the Company**
For data uploaded, transmitted, entered, or provided by members, members agree that the Company’s website may, within a reasonable scope, collect, process, store, transmit, and use such data to provide additional information or services, create member statistics, conduct internet behavior surveys or research, or for any lawful purpose.
If a member does not have the legal right to authorize others to use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, or sublicense certain data, they must not upload, transmit, enter, or provide such data to the Company.
Once data is uploaded, transmitted, entered, or provided to the Company, it is deemed that the member has unconditionally authorized the Company to use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, and sublicense such data, and the member has no objections.
Members shall guarantee that the Company’s use, modification, reproduction, public broadcasting, adaptation, distribution, publication, or sublicensing of such data does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights. Otherwise, the member shall be liable for damages (including but not limited to litigation and attorney fees).
Due to the need for delivery or logistics providers to complete the delivery or retrieval of goods (or gifts) for online transactions or activities, members agree and authorize the Company to provide necessary personal information (e.g., recipient name, delivery address, contact number) to delivery or logistics providers and related vendors as required for the transaction or activity.

Members agree that, for transaction security or any other reason, including but not limited to lack of use or violation of the explicit provisions or spirit of these Terms of Service, the Company may terminate the member’s account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service (or any part thereof), or remove and delete any “member content” within the Service. Furthermore, members agree that if the use of the Service (or any part thereof) is terminated, the Company shall not be liable to the member or any third party.
